The subscription packages automatically renew each month from the date of purchase, with the corresponding fee charged according to the selected plan.

1. General Information

1.1. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “ÁSZF”) is to define the conditions for the use of the digital tipster services provided by Wall Street Magic S.r.o. (hereinafter: “Service Provider”) via its website. By accessing or using the website and services, the user (“Subscriber”, “User”) accepts these Terms in full.

1.2. The Service Provider offers digital subscription-based services through which sports betting tips are delivered. The tips are prepared by our analysis team and provide informational content related to current sporting events.

2. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

2.1. The sports betting tips provided by the Service Provider are for informational purposes only. They shall not be considered financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of outcome.

2.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee fixed monthly income, profit, or the success of any bet placed based on the provided tips. The tips reflect the results of analytical work, and the Service Provider has no influence over the actual events or their outcomes. Users bear sole responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Due to the nature of digital products, the Service Provider does not provide refunds for purchased subscriptions. By subscribing, the User acknowledges that access to digital content excludes the possibility of a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

4.1. Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date, and the User’s payment method will be charged accordingly.

4.2. If the User wishes to cancel their subscription, they must notify the Service Provider at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date. If cancellation cannot be performed directly via the website, notification must be sent through Facebook.

4.3. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe results in continued billing, for which the User is solely responsible. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any financial obligations arising from delayed or omitted cancellation.

Exclusions from Withdrawal Right (EU Directive compliant):

4.4. Immediately accessible digital content: If the User expressly consents to immediate access and waives their right of withdrawal, they lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been made available.

4.5. Online educational services: Subscriptions that commence immediately upon purchase are also excluded from withdrawal rights.

5. User Responsibility

5.1. The User acknowledges that sports betting is a high-risk activity that may result in significant financial losses. All decisions made when using the service are at the User’s sole discretion. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses incurred.

5.2. The User understands and accepts that access to purchased tips does not guarantee winnings or consistent income.
